Conditions of PrepayOyster Plan Packages The following conditions apply to PrepayOyster Plans: • Customers can advise of their intention to change plans during the month, but this will not become effective until the 1st day of the following month. • All prices are inclusive of VAT. • The PrepayOyster monthly fee is billed in advance, and any additional hourly charges incurred (for example, hours used over the allocated monthly rate) will be billed in arrears. • All Oyster prices and rates do not include the cost of any telephone call charges and rentals incurred as a result of modem dial-up connections. • The PrepayOyster plans are available to registered Oyster customers and can only be changing by completing the Oyster Price Plan Change Request Form found on the Oyster Website. |
